Starting with a standard wreath form, we will be designing a lush wreath, with fragrant, locally grown winter greens, fresh magnolia, and layered with ornate sugar pinecones, French ribbon, fresh Spanish moss, cotton, and other winter treasures.  This will be a beautiful full size wreath, great for a front door, or interior decor for the Holiday.

Two big bands featuring four trumpets, four trombones, five saxophones, a rhythm section and vocalist, will demonstrate the “wall of sound” for which big bands are famous. Two jazz combos will also perform. The bands are directed by Paul Rinzler, Cal Poly's director of jazz studies.

  • Holiday Lighting Ceremony

    The evening will start with an Art & Wine event.  Tickets for this portion of the evening are $15 and include a wine glass, and wine tastings among participating downtown merchants.

    Following the Art & Wine event everyone is invited to delight in the Holiday Tree Lighting of Sunken Gardens.  Once Sunken Gardens has been lit, children can enjoy a visit with Santa, hot chocolate and a complementary tour of Historic City Hall. This portion of the event is FREE and everyone is invited to bring their family and friends to experience an evening of Holiday Fun!
