What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

Do you allow smoking in the rooms or on-property?
No, The Carlton Hotel is a smoke-free establishment.

Do you have wireless internet access available?
Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?
Yes, we have a 24-hour fitness center on-site.

Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service, but our on-site restaurants, The Nautical Cowboy and The Back Porch Bakery & Cafe, can prepare food to-go.

Do you have a business center?
Yes, we have a business center with Internet-equipped workstation, printer, and fax.

Do you have a pool?
No, we do not have a pool at the hotel.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
The Carlton Hotel does not have a spa. Our helpful front desk staff can point you toward a recommended nearby spa.

Do you offer on-site parking?
Yes, there is free street parking available on the streets surrounding our hotel.

What is the minimum age requirement to check-in to the room?
You must be 18 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
We require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms when you reserve your rooms. However, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we offer a number of accessible guest rooms at The Carlton Hotel. Kindly call the front desk to reserve an accessible room: (805) 461-5100.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel and offer designated pet-friendly rooms. There is a $35.00 charge per pet, per day, with a 2-pet maximum for each room. Please note that pets cannot be left unattended at the hotel. Pets must be leashed or in a carrier at all times while outside of your room. Please call reservations at (805) 461-5100 so that a pet-friendly room can be assigned to you.
